Using Design Thinking to Create New Value for Businesses & Their Customers
As our second global collaboration for 2021, Rhindon has partnered with Berlin Capital Club to explore how businesses can use Design Thinking to create new value for their customers and partners for their members, conducted in a hybrid format.
Focusing on key future growth industries including education, energy and smart cities infrastructure that are more relevant to our German counterparts, Rhindon has curated the line-up of panel speakers from Subana Jurong Technologies, Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group and Linde Singapore on sharing their success stories and best practice on the application of design thinking in the various stages of their business process, and the impacts that were created.
Together with Berlin Capital Club, the collaboration provided a platform for Singaporean and German companies to exchange knowledge and industry best practices on business and service innovation in a human-centric way. Some participants have taken a step further in establishing potential business opportunities together as an Asia-Europe collaboration.
