About

Who We Are

At Rhindon, we believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. Our vision is to see our partners and their stakeholders flourishing by being empowered by good design. We do that by engaging meaningfully to co-create transformative and sustainable ecosystems for our clients.

Backed by our solid experience and proven methodologies in design thinking and stakeholder management and alignment across both private and public sectors, we are able to conduct deep and effective stakeholder engagement to provide insightful solutions. Our ability to be agile and nimble also means that we are effective in helping organizations and communities of various sizes to engage, align and transform quickly within a short period. We believe in a hands-on approach and take pride in every engagement we have, working like an extension of your team.

Rhindon is a certified PMC consultant and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. We are a member of the International Association of Public Participation Australasia Chapter (IAP2A) and part of the Mural Design Consultant’s Network (design thinking).

We are passionate about communities and engagement.

As strategic thinkers, facilitators and designers, we believe in the power of collaborative design and engagement to create better lives for people. By creating sustainable shared values amongst stakeholders and their communities, we create real and authentic experiences that bring about lasting positive impact in society.

We thrive in the intersection of space, co-design & activation.

Architects and urban planners by training, we understand well how a city works and functions and believe in creating sustainable ecosystems that integrate the physical, social and economic aspects. As seasoned design facilitators, we value collaboration and co-creation as a way to empower and activate communities for the best outcomes.

We believe transformation starts with people.

We inspire new ways of doing things that are founded in a deep understanding of the human condition. From transforming user experiences in organisations to activating communities in the city and neighbourhoods, we partner with our clients and stakeholders throughout the journey from start to finish as a collaboration towards a sustainable, impactful and livable future.
